Responsibilities
Daily activities would include but not limited to:
- Aggressively search for appropriate candidates as per request through different channels (Job websites, campus recruitment, headhunters, social networking site, etc.)
- Candidates screening and conduct first round interview; Recommend proper candidates to business leaders / hiring managers effectively and efficiently.
- New recruitment channels / vendors exploring; Establish and maintain talent pool
- Offer negotiations and extending; price negotiation with 3rd party and complete procurement
- Involve in HR admin work when needed, e.g. onboarding, BGC, orientation, compliance, routine tracker maintenance, etc.
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Other ad hoc work assigned
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above with relevant major
- 3+ years recruiting experiences, be good at CV sourcing and cold calls; Previous experiences in Finance industry or headhunter will be preferred
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in spoken and written English
- Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to work against tight deadlines
- Team player
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Location: Beijing
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
