Responsibilities
Daily activities would include but not limited to:
-        Responsible for monthly salary calculation, distribution, individual income tax declaration; Answer compensation and benefits related inquiries from employees.
-        Generate relevant reports for monthly finance closing and management human resource cost analysis.
-        Maintain compensation and benefit data and prepare summary reports as required.
-        HR Admin contracts / files management, vendors exploration and management, etc.
-        Involve in recruitment, policy review, employee relationship management, etc. when necessary.
-        Other tasks assigned by the manager from time to time.

Required Qualifications
-        Fluency in spoken and written English
-        1-2 years relevant experiences preferred; Excellent fresh graduates can also be considered
-        Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
-        Previous experiences in financial-industry or MNC will be preferred
-        Strong multi-tasking skills
-        Ability to work against tight deadlines and can work under high pressure
-        High attention to detail
-        Team player
