Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Translate, edit and proofread assigned documents from English to Japanese and Japanese to English
- Prepare presentations including company profiles, newsletters, thematic studies, etc
- Company research, industry research, financial research and analysis, operational and financial due diligence, preparation of investment proposals and reports, assisting in documenting and closing transactions
Required Qualifications
- Ideally graduated from a reputable University with Japanese Major.
- Experience in professional translation, with familiarity with financial terms (Experience working with investment banking or financial markets materials etc) is preferred
- Complete fluency in English and Japanese (both written and verbal)
- Solid translation skills, especially English to Japanese
- Bachelor degree in English, finance, or accounting preferred
- High level of attention to detail and regard for accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ambitious and team player
Location: Beijing
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
